Preprint Policy

The International Journal of Medical Advances supports the submission of manuscripts that have been deposited on preprint servers. Authors are encouraged to submit works that have been made available as preprints, provided that they are not under review at another journal. Upon submission, authors must disclose the presence of the manuscript on a preprint server and provide any associated DOI or link. The journal recognizes preprints as a way to facilitate timely dissemination of new scientific knowledge and foster collaborative feedback before formal peer review. However, authors should note that the content of preprints has not undergone formal peer review and should be interpreted with caution. If the manuscript is accepted for publication in our journal, authors are asked to update the preprint with a reference to the final published version, including a link to the journal’s website.

Ethical Considerations

Disclose any conflicts of interest, funding sources, and ethical approvals in the manuscript as part of the submission process.

Figures and Tables

Include figures and tables within the manuscript file close to where they are first mentioned or at the end of the manuscript.

Provide high-resolution images and ensure each figure has a concise caption describing what it depicts.

By following these guidelines, you will help ensure that your submission can be processed as swiftly and efficiently as possible. We appreciate your interest in publishing with the International Journal of Medical Advances and look forward to your contributions to our scientific community.
